Field Reservation
Below are the field reservation forms, field reservation policy and April's field schedule. If you would like to reserve a field, fill out the field reservation form and return it to the Winnebago Park District Office, 301 N. Church St. or PO Box 516, Winnebago, Il.. Forms will be accepted March 1 for April reservations.
Please not that the Sports Park Field #5 will not be available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from mid May - June for Park District Baseball
